Chet Baker in concert

The idea for this book developed in the search for photos of the appearance of the Chet Baker Trio in Kiel. Over time, I met four photographers who had documented this concert.

At the time, the Chet Baker Trio really got me excited and left an indelible mark. I did not know exactly what to expect that evening. ... Much of what is reported here may be typical of his kind of live concerts. Music and sound can not convey this book, but photos and texts that a record or CD can not provide.

For those who have not experienced this great jazz trumpeter and singer on stage, this book may be able to understand the fascination that emanated from his person.
